how we can assign task to user on site and where do task save? i dont know if i am asking the right question. Can anyone tell me concept about task s, process report task and related things?

Hi there,
Any User input task added in a process model is treated as a task. If you're on Tempo, you can access all your tasks from the Tasks tab. If you're on site, you need to create a list/grid for showing the tasks.
For this, you need to create a task report, create an expression rule to query that task report and create an interface to show the queried data. Then you can plug that interface inside any other interface that is mapped on a site or directly add it as a site page.
