Hello, I want to create a report using column chart that shows the following conditions(I am done with the first 2 conditions), I'm stuck on the last 2 conditions, could someone help out?
Average time agents are taking to complete their tickets
Average time each department is taking to complete their tickets.
Discussion posts and replies are publicly visible
I typically try to record some additional data for reporting during thee process flow. For example, when I know that I will need the duration/effort for various groups, I calculate these values and store it for each process/case/ticket. Then aggregation becomes trivial.
Trying to somehow analyze it from the raw data typically becomes complicated and puts a big load on the system.
