The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
I have datas saved in Appian DB , I want to export all the datas into an excel and store in into a shared location and the datas need to be deleted after exporting to excel .And this process need to be performed on the starting of every month .
Any suggestions how to achieve this .

How to provide the external location where the data will be stored .
If that is an external location (outside Appian) like S3 or something, then you will need an integration in place for it. I will suggest you to go through integration tutorials for that.
