I have configured a Task report and use this to resume a User input task from My task list. When I resume the process from process instances then I am able to resume, but when I click on the task from My task list, it is showing "The Requested Task Is Not Available The task may have been deleted or completed by another assignee". What will be the possible solution for this error?

What do you mean with "resume a task"? What exactly are you doing?
I have configured a process which has User Input task. I have configured a Task report and configured an expression to show all the task related to the process in an interface on a site. Now when I click on the task from the list of task, it is showing "The task may have been deleted or completed by another assignee".
OK, then this task does not exist anymore. You might want to configure automatic refresh on that report to avoid such a situation.
I have the refreshed the report and currently it is in Assigned status. But I am not able to resume.
Are you able to see that resumed task in your Tempo's task list?
Yes, from Tempo's task list I am able to see the task

Are you able to resume the task from Tempo?
I'm having the same issue that when I click the task ID from my task ID list, the same error showed up. Could you explain a bit more how you solved your problem please?
