Does the database query execute every time a new page is selected?

If the query rule is inside the with() function then it will be run every time. If you pull the full list beforehand (e.g. as a variable in a load() or a rule input) and use todatasubset() in the with() then it will just look at your results each time, not executing the query after the CDTs are initially pulled.
