I guess what you're asking is whereabouts you should call the main expression described in that recipe? If so, go to reports and click "Create a Tempo Report"; you should be able to paste the main expression directly into the "SAIL Dashboard" field at the bottom. In that example, you'll also need to check the "Save as Task Report" checkbox - the report is then accessible on the left-hand side of the tempo tasks view.
