How can you design a Tempo Report that shows All Tasks in an environment including those assigned to a Specific Individual?

How can you design a Tempo Report that shows All Tasks in an environment including those assigned to a Specific Individual?

I can create reports showing all tasks assigned to Groups, but want to know how to show Tasks assigned to Individuals, when you are not that Individual but are an admin and need to see all tasks. I have done as a Portal view but only by adding the Individual Assigned to the Report Context (as it does not all Groups), and this only works in Designer and not in Tempo. Please help.

The problem is not with the display. The designer Portal Report shows 3 Tasks, with 2 assigned to a Group and one assigned to an Individual. The Tempo report using the Portal Report only display the 2 Group Tasks and does not display the Task assigned to an Individual. I am guessing this might be a security issue, as when logged into Tempo can you only see Tasks you are directly assigned or a member of a Group that is assigned?
