How can you design a Tempo Report that shows All Tasks in an environment including those assigned to a Specific Individual?

I can create reports showing all tasks assigned to Groups, but want to know how to show Tasks assigned to Individuals, when you are not that Individual but are an admin and need to see all tasks. I have done as a Portal view but only by adding the Individual Assigned to the Report Context (as it does not all Groups), and this only works in Designer and not in Tempo. Please help.

    What sort of portal report are you using as the back-end for your query? Have you tried using the "contextUsers" parameter in the a!queryProcessAnalytics() function?

    You should be able to set up an interface with a user selection field, and then pass its value to a query against the default "My Tasks" report (or whatever report task report you want). As long as the user viewing the interface has sufficient privileges to see the tasks returned by the report (a system admin should), you should be able to see all tasks for the selected user.
