Make report data available to manager who is the basic user

Question

I have created a Tempo report from the Portal Report using the query Processor. As an admin I am able to see the report and access the data of user in the grid. But as a manager I am unable to see the Pie chart and access the data as well. I have configured role map for the Process Model Security and Process Security as "Manager". I have attached the Doc. Please let me know what needs to be done to able to make report data available to manager who is the basic user

Check the folder security also, in which the portal report saved. I think basic user don't have an access to that folder..
