Effective data is incorrect in portal report.

I have been having an issue with the ARF file that is created by 3 types of active processes. The effective date which it a DATE has some items that are incorrect. Half pull from the process model with just a date that is correct and the other half are pulling back with a date time that are off by one day. I have looked at all of the active process models for this and they all have the correct date but for some reason when it gets to the ARF file it is wrong. does any one know what is going on or have an idea. appian 7.11

    we have the process models that populates the ARF file which are active processes. the we do a getportaldatasubset with the arf file as the record id this we then filter and place items in a grid.

    The process model displays the correct date. but when it populates the ARF it is 1 day off plus has 6PM on it which it should not have. but this only occur on a selected few and it is random.
