@sparshs Group by is possible over a datetime/date fields but it doesn't actually fit the requirement when we are planning to aggregate the dataset over a particular attribute such as month/year/month-year etc in date/datetime. And as known to us already, we can only perform aggregations only when the data is in the database entity and that's why we should plan to pull the desired information from existing data and configure them as separate columns in the view or populate the data in separate columns in the database entity as per the reporting requirements.
