Unable to see Export link for more than 2 records in Reports where the underlying data is from Portal Report

We have Tempo report where the underlying data is from Portal report (Process Model as context) and the Export link (Download DataSubset Plugin)disappears once there are more than 2 records in the grid. Any suggestions on how to show the link irrespective of number of records.

@sankethv Hi,would you please be able to attach the code snippet? That helps the practitioners to quickly spot out the issue.

You may also want to check out Excel Tools, which replaces Download DataSubset (only one can be installed at once as they have same function) see: forum.appian.com/.../summary

@Sikhivahans & @Sally - The issue got resolved after we saved the data of portal report to a dummy CDT and displaying it back with the same CDT structure.
