Getting Error Intermittently while retrieving data from DB

Hello, Has anyone faced following error? Any inputs to deal with this error?

I am getting this error whenever I am trying to access any reports with queryEntity rule in it's definition:

  • Actually, the field in the question was nvarchar(255) in DB and string/text in appian and in my query entity, I was having = as an operator in the query filter for the field in question. When I change my operator from = to 'includes', the query executed quite smooth. I am pretty positive that 'includes' operator works similar to %LIKE% in DB. Isn't it?
