Is there a way to show non-numeric values as icons, similar to process performance icons? I have a value based on a dropdown list, and want to show the field in a report as icons rather than text. Example: Priority field is listed as Low, Med, High, but I want to show Green, Yellow, Red.

Yes - upload your respective images (bonus - give them meaningful names so they will have good alt tags) and make constants that refer to them. Write an expression rule that translates the text to the appropriate image - might be a nested if statement or parallel lookup using display value. Call this rule in the report column and format as image.
