I have a report channel on a portal page. This report channel displays a long list in the form of a table. Essentially it displays a project list (projects are our "process instances") and the statuses and start dates of each project. When I click the "export" button on the report channel, I would like to be able to send the values to a report template that I've already created. This template has gridlines and other formatting preferences. Is it possible to "bring your own template" or give it a style in some way that can be exported? I don't see anywhere in the report options to choose a template.

This is currently not possible. What you can do, is in that template, create another sheet that will "feed" the data to your formatted template and just copy+paste the raw data into it.

If this is something you'll to do continuously, you could develop an Excel Macro to simplify the conversion for future exports
