87534 - no subject - I am trying to display a process variabl

I am trying to display a process variable ex var1 in a task report with context of process model. Process instance shows a valid value to that variable var1 where as this report shows no value. But if i try to give another variable ex var2 in the same processmodel instance, report shows that value.
If the report is created as a process report in the context of same processmodel instead ofa task report, var1 value is getting displayed.
Please let me know why i am facing this odd behaviour from appian for var1 ?...

What happens if you follow these steps:
1. Stop the application server
2. Stop Appian
3. Make sure everything stops completely and gracefully
4. Delete the content ONLY of the following folders
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0000/gw1
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0001/gw1
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0002/gw1
5. Start the environment the normal way you do it.
6. Do both reports now show the data?
