Have Click Through Links Open in New Window

Hello,

In portal reports, we have been using clickthrough links to process dashboards and task details pages for quite some time, but there seems to be no way to specify if these links can/should open in a new window. Currently, the target links take over the existing window. Is there a way that these types of links can open in a new window?
