I have a query relating to Task Metrics specifically Start Time (=tp!startTime), Lag Time (=lag()) and Work Time (=Work()) and the effect that the Reassign Task Smart Service has on these.

When I use the Reassign Task Smart Service to reassign a task to a different user the Start Time changes to the date of the reassignment. Also any Work Time is removed and added to the Lag Time.

For example
A process assigns a task to a user. The user waits 10 seconds and accepts the task. The user then does nothing for 20 seconds. The lag time is 10 seconds and the work time is 20 seconds.
I then reassign the task to a different user. The lag time is now 30 seconds, the work time is blank, and the start time has been updated. The user waits 30 seconds, accepts the task and then completes the task after a further 15 seconds.
The lag time is now 60 seconds and the work time is 15 seconds in the task metrics. In reality the lag time was 40 seconds and the work...
