I have a Rule which will take a string ann return one of two options based on a flag input.

I have a Rule which will take a string in the format "My New Task-1021123" (this is how I have formatted my task subject on UI tasks). Rule will return either "My New Task" or "1021123" based on a flag input. I am calling this Rule in my Report to populate the Task Subject and Request Id columns. But the behavior is eccentric. For some rows (instances/processes) the Task Subject and Request Id get populated properly, but for some rows I see only blanks. But, when the same Report is viewed by an Administrator instead of an end-user, all rows are properly populated.

Anyone has any idea that would help me nail down the issue? Your help would be much appreciated!...
