Portal Reports:
I have a Page which displays 6 chart reports one below another and then a tabular report. User would be able to see this tabular report only by scrolling down the page. Now, when the user hits a quick filter link in the tabular report, the page automatically scrolls to the top. The user then has to scroll all the way down to the report to see the filtered data.

This causes confusion to the user as they feel they are taken to the 1st chart report upon clicking quick filter. How could this be resolved?

Use Newspaper layout on your page thus placing the tabular report on the top. This will allow for better use experience if users are using the grid report more than others.
