I am not sure if I have this in the correct topic. Has anyone had the need to locate what the processes are that use a smart service, a constant, a rule, a database SQL command, a pre-defined data source?

We have had the need due to the Upload document being deprecated. Since then we have had the need for other scenarios. We have accomplished our findings by submitting a Linux search. I am wondering if others had this need and if a plugin exists to provide process names for any item mentioned above.
