How can I change the permissions of a task form that no longer display the "Cancel" option. We are having problems with some customers who are canceling tasks.

Only System and Process Administrators have the privilege to cancel tasks for a particular process. To remove the ability for a user to cancel task(s), you will need to adjust the security setting for that user in Process Properties.
