Im having an issue trying to display a portal report in SAIL.
I have a column in my portal report for assignee which may contain multiple entries and it displays fine when viewing my report in designer.
However, when I am trying to display the portal report in my SAIL code, I cannot get the multiple assignees to be displayed.
I am trying to display the portal report in a gridField and have the particular SAIL code to display the assignees is here:

The error that I get is:

Try changing the assignee column on your report to be a text field.

Tried that previously Ray.
I get....

Expression evaluation error in rule 'iir_incidenttaskhistorygrid' at function a!gridField [line 37]: A grid component [label=“”] has an invalid value for “columns” and “value”. All “data” arrays must not contain more items than the specified “batchSize”, but “batchSize” was 20 and the largest column data array had 27 items. (APNX-1-4218-024)

Can you try using the task_assignee_owner field from task metrics section instead of tp!assignee to set the assignee definition.

task_assignee_owner() is empty as I am displaying historical tasks.
I have attached the report as well if that helps.

Hi Benny. In the definition of the assignee field, set it to a text field, and set the value to tostring(tp!assignee). This will join the multiple assignees into one text field, and therefore one element.

I get the following error:

Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error at function a!gridField [line 37]: Invalid index (21) for list: valid range is 1..20

That is using the supporting rule:
= ri!data[ri!index]

where data is of type Any Type and index is a number.

I think I've got there........

Went back to this SAIL code....

a!gridTextColumn(
label: "Assignee",
data: apply(rule!IIR_displayAssigneeData,index(local!datasubset.data[4].cells, "value"))
)

and in my rule I did what radhaa suggested:

= if(
count(
ri!assignees
) > 1,
joinarray(
ri!assignees,
","
),
ri!assignees
)

and I have both users being displayed.
