144231 - no subject - We have created a Task Report to display

We have created a Task Report to display in a grid on the Record for a specific record item. But, it seems that once a user accepts the task and it has an owner only the Admins can see that task on the report and no one else. Is there a way to allow all other users to see those tasks without making them each admins?
