Is it possible to set a report view to auto-refresh?

Is it possible to set a report view to auto-refresh so real-time data in say a report dashboard is shown without refreshing the page manually?

    Not sure if it's going to work for my requirement since it's going to be an Operations Dashboard that will be projected to a big screen for the whole team to see. I'm looking at some browser plug-ins/extensions that can do auto-refresh but it will render the whole page, not just the reports. Not pretty but it's going to be my last resort till the hotfix gets released i guess :-(
