I was trying to find the completion time for process model & it is giving me wrong values. can anyone tell why it is happening. Attached is the snapshot

How are you calculating the completion time? Can you provide the expression you are using.

I hope you've used "process_duration()" (Data tab > Process Metrics > Process Duration) as the definition for the report column "Completion duration". If yes and if the issue still exists, then attaching the expression you are using might help debug the issue. Thanks!
