I am trying to use a task report to see if a certain task is active and use that task instead of creating a new one.

I am trying to use a task report to see if a certain task is active and use that task instead of creating a new one.

The users are entering requests and if there is a task already open, my grid gets all open requests and adds it to the task.

But when I try to use the task report looking for the open task the "Admin" or system user doesn't seem to have access to all of the tasks. It looks like I have to pass in a user context.

Has anyone used a task report in this fashion?
