Do we have any property or any metric to know the failed node details for a process ?

Janakik, if you visit the Appian designer and select the name of your recent process, then click the Monitor Process tab, you should be able to see all of the values at the time of your failed node. Should you want more details about the process, in the Appian Designer, after selecting the process, Process details.

Don't think so, there is a direct Property / metric for the failed node. Process level you can have a paused by exception report which may work.
