Dashboard Set as home page

I have a user I designed a dashboard for. When he goes to actions on his public dashboard page and sets the dashboard as his home page. The page is not still his home page after logging out and back in.

Look into the User Start Pages functionality accessed through the Admin console:
forum.appian.com/.../Appian_Administration_Console.html

As a first step to debug, I always have the user click the logo in the upper left hand side (above the search for the News feed). That will take them to wherever the system has identified as their start/page home.
