Hi,
I have found a problem when I tried to execute my first robot. I have follow all the steps descibed in the "Appian RPA 101: Learn to Create Bots" course, but when I arrive at the final stage of execute it, the roob not move forward the following step in the follo images:
If I check the status of the resource in the RPA consel it is "Online". Olso if I go to the main Resourse on the section of "Remote Control" and then click in "monitoring" I can se me me screen there:
So, the resource seems to be available and the robot set, but it dosen't works. Some one have had the same problem? Any help?

Do you have the same permission tags set on your robotic process and on your resource? https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.1/rpa/console/resources.html#assign-permissions-to-a-robotic-process
I don't have any permission tags. Non in the robotic process, nor on the resource. Both of them are empty..
I had checked that and since I didn't know properly how to use it, I have left it empty.

Did adding the same permission tags to your process and resource resolve your issue?
Ouu you are right !! IT'S WORKS !!I thought that with empty permission tags would works as a global "domain", but as you have mentions it only works with same permissions and not emptied.
