Connect Appian RPA Agent from different network.

Question

Hello there, I am currently working on a network that does not have access to Appian Cloud (Private Network). There are multiple processes I have identified to automate using Appian RPA. I was able to install agents in my private network machine but I am unable to establish a connection between the agent and RPA server. Please let me know if anyone had faced a similar issue. 
 
 Please let me know the resolution steps to attain the connection.

The Agent needs an Internet connection to communicate with the server to interact with the robotic process from the console , since it is essential that there is a connection between them. 
 Due to this requirement, and you are working on a private network, you have to setup firewall rules for Internet access. For doing this, one path could be: 
 
 use NAT ( Network Address Translation) to protect access to services hosted on the Internet from private networks 
 Identify Internet services. (Port 443 https) 
 create firewall rules.
