Can anyone please guide me, how to get(trigger) the email notification when robotic process failed. we can handle this by catching the exception on java but I wanted to know is there any other way, like how we will get alerts in BPM.

There are two approaches. I recommend using the Start Appian Process action to send information to Appian when a bot fails. You can also set up triggers docs.appian.com/.../monitoring.html
