I tried to configure a resource in Appian RPA, but the resource is showing offline. Please suggest, if any additional settings required.

Hello Nikita,The steps for the configuration of the agent would be:- Add the resource in your console (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/rpa/console/resources.html#add-a-resource)- Download the agent- Copy the downloaded agent into the resource, it is recommended to copy it into an empty folder (for example C:\Appian-RPA). It is important that the agent is in a folder whose full path has no blanks to prevent it from any problem during robotic processes' executions. - Make sure the resource has a Java virtual machine (JVM) version 8 or higher installed.- Go to the folder where the agent is located to run it.- The agent icon color in the system tray appears red when the agent is connected to the console.- You can also select 'Element inspector' in the menu to check whether the connection is established or not.If you have done all these steps and the resource is still offline:- Check that your resource has connectivity to the server.- If the resource has a proxy, its configuration is necessary (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/rpa/setup/agents.html#configuration-file).
I hope this helps you.
