Yes, as of version 20.4 you can call Appian expression rules within RPA. For 20.3, we have a Java API which allows you to call an Appian Web API

I have gone through the document for 20.3, I need to invoke Rest API (interacting with DB) having basic authentication. That thing I m not seeing in this document where to pass authentication details.
