facing the error with outlook version - 2016 pro

Is there any specific version on which all operations will work fine as with 2016 pro we have an issue with saving attachments?

Hi Roopali,
Based on error it seems you have some path issue in agent bot running. With 2016 most of the operations worked fine however if you still face issue then try 2013 as most of the bots I developed with this outlook versions running fine.
