RPA with JAVA/SWING client

A Score Level 1

Need to build a robot that will interact with JAVA/SWING client.

It seems that there are JAVA extensions by Robocorp and UIPath.

What are the implications for having that to work with APPIAN/RPA ?

Thanks

  • Appian provides modules for different Actions like browser, Appian Smart Action, Windows, files and folders etc.

For Swings we don't have specific module. Appian supports actions like initiating a calendar, opening a file.

I would suggest to go through the Appian RPA doc, identify the operation that you are looking in RPA, use Appian RPA

If the operation you want to perform are not found in the Appian RPA, we can create custom module and deploy in Appian RPA.
