Prevent Sorting on Import Excel to Database Smart Service

Hi, I have an excel file which looks like 

that I am importing to my Appian DB through the smart service 'Import Excel to DB' and Ticket_Number is the primary key on my DB. It appears to me that the Smart service is sorting the primary key in ascending order (which I don't want).. I don't want to sort my data in either ascending or descending order.

One solution is to create a separate primary key and prevent this from happening but is it possible to restrict the sorting in the smart service 'Import Excel to DB'. Is this a bug ?? or just that I am not aware of how to prevent my smart service to do any kind of sorting ? please help
