We are currently facing an issue with IDP data extraction in our production region. We have encountered this problem where IDP seems to be stuck near auto extraction status. We are unable to successfully extract the required document values. This issue is affecting the document extraction process and impacting our production environment.
1. Description of the problem: The IDP value extraction process is stuck in the auto extraction stage, preventing us from retrieving the necessary authentication information.
2. Current impact: Our production environment is experiencing disruptions due to the inability to extract IDP values.
