Good morning,I would like to find a way to automatically clean up the execution list in the RPA environment; do you have any suggestions? I would like to delete not only completed executions, but also those with status failure.
Thank you,Nicola

Hi nicolas , you have to go to the Automatic Process Clean-Up section (placed in the RUN-TIME SETTINGS tab while editing the robotic task). You can configure there how often you want to delete the executions of that robotic task.
Hello miguelangel.carnero ,thank you for your reply, but it seems that this option does not work even on elements with Failure status; do you have any advice on this?
Thanks,Nicola
For failed ones, you have to do it manually. You can use the bulk selection option in the executions page.
PS: Here is the documentation regarding Automatic Process Clean-up.
Hi again nicolas in the following screenshot you can find how you can delete failure executions. Basically, in the execution list, filter by "failure", then, select/check the bulk selection option (#2 in the screenshot), then delete. You can delete them one by one using the checkbox of the first column, or all you need (from the same page) using the bulk selection.
