RPA integration throwing call back error in Process Model

Hi guys,

I have create a RPA task and calling it in the process model. In the process model the integration throwing "Execution results must be available on call back to Appian."

But the RPA task is running without any errors.

Can anyone help on this please?

    Can you mention what version of Appian, Appain RPA you are using. If you are using older versions, and you configured an integration to execute a robotic task, you need to save the execution id and later create another integration to retrieve the execution results using the execution id.
    If you are using the latest version(s), you can configure the outputs in the execute robotic task integration itself.
    Even better, now you don't need a connected system or integration to use Appian RPA. You have a smart service to do that.
