Hello,

I am running into a "Requesting File" error on all robotic tasks. The following is the trace log for one of them (with altered client information) but the same error is occurring for all robotic tasks:

Any help would be much appreciated, have had no luck with documentation for this one.

Thanks!

    Hi,

Are you reinstalling the Appian RPA Agent? If not, please first delete the Appian RPA Agent folder (C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Local\Appian RPA) and also delete the downloaded RPA installer. Then, download a fresh RPA Agent installer and install it again. Make sure to check the RPA version as well (RPA version 9.12). Note: The agent requires Java 17 or above.

Agree with srinivas, check your preoviuosly installed RPA Agents, stop and unistall them.... and check it twice. After that , download and install the agent again...
