Have you tried uninstalling it (using the uninstaller.exe in the same folder), then installer it again from scratch (double checking permissions are ok) and then refresh the Operation Console?
Thanks for your recommendation, Did that but it won't worked miguelangel.carnero Also allowed firewall permissions too for this installer.
