We are facing an issue while Deploying an RPA task to UAT Environment(Attaching screenshot). And also in the UAT environment on open of an Operation Console we retrieved java.lang.RuntimeException: Retrieving resource failed, status code: 500. Because of this the deployment errors out?
Please let me know if any one knows the reason.

Do you see any aditional information in log files? (tomcat-stdout. RTDO log files.....)
The issue was resolved. Once the operation console was up, we were able to deploy the robotic task to the UAT environment successfully.
