The log clearly says, CDT structure already exists.
So first you need to delete the CDT KALI_Assessment_Detail in QA and then try to import the application again.

Looks like a Data Store issue. Any ideas??

First Create two different packages. One for Data & other for Application. You will need to import data package first. Also include the Data Store for CDT"KALI_Assessment_Detail"into data package.
