manually show required red sign (*) on the label for a required field in a validation group

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to manually show [* in red color] on the label for a field.
Currently when a field is required and in a validation group, its label does not show * sign.
I hope that I could still show this sign(*) even in this condition.
In this way, users will see required fields not only when any button in the validation group is clicked.
Anyone has a good idea?
