Broken font rendering on virtual desktop

Hi all,
We use virtual desktops here and with 17.1 the font rendering got really crappy in Chrome and Firefox. Internet Explorer is still good. In Chrome it "helps" to disable remote fonts using "/disable-remote-fonts". The problem is that all the small Appian specific icons do not show up anymore.
In the virtualized Windows 7, font smoothing "clearType" seems to be disabled. Not sure if this makes a difference as IE is good and Chrome with disabled remote fonts is good.
Any ideas?
Greetings from Hamburg :-)

Hi Stefan,
it looks like, the configuration of the virtual desktop lacks some capabilities. Please see the attached picture. No difference between native and virtual desktop. Appian is version 17.3, Firefox version 45.6.0

No and I cannot change it. This was one of the first things I checked. But IE renders fine without it.

Hi Jürgen.
Great to hear from you again!!
