RecordsLayout must be used within a SAIL component.

Hi All,

we are getting issues in accessing record list view(Even for User record and sys admin access). While designing in record designer in grid style it shows the results. i saved the record by configuring DataStore security, record security and then go to tempo i got the attached error. could any one suggest what is the issue and how to resolve it
This issue in 17.1 cloud.
