Hi, Is there any way to merge column header cells in a paging grid?

I am trying to display the grid as a template provided to me. But it has two columns for a single header. Is there any way in Appian we can create the same interface. Please look at the templates

Unfortunately not like that. You would need to get creative. Here are a few random thoughts.
For example... have value in one, blank in next. OR Shorter text with tooltip in both. OR Full text in both. OR One column with header and single value per row, that you can then click on and see another grid or list of data below.
