Grid validation, mandatory one row on submit - SAIL Form

Is there a way to make a grid in a sail form required.  IE - the grid would have to have as least one row before the User could submit the form.  I my current grid all but one of the fields is required.  However, the User can submit the form even if there are no rows in the grid.
