We are encountering an issue (shown in Chrome) that if the user is working in a screen that is not full size, the toolbar options to access profile, settings, logout, other environments is not accessible unless they widen their screen. Problem is, if they default have their screen to 1/2 their monitor, they may never know of these options.
Just wanted to report the issue. (Trying to upload .swf file, but not sure it is taking)

I agree with ChristineH, i too have the same issue, but not only in chrome but in almost all the browsers including IE as well. when we make the screen smaller, we are getting the scrolling option vertically as well as horizontally but only the content gets scroll but not the Menu Bar.
